needing advice, is the floor de.laminating a structual issue, or is it just a pain to fix, can the boat still be sailed in this condition, appreciate any feedback, 
A bit of both! Try drilling some holes just into the glass and then inject epoxy with big syringe into the void, but don't put to much in at once as it may get a bit hot!
