Maybe the rig is under the tarpaulin.
Or perhaps a mast is extra. Like you say, everything's negotiable.

Looks like a good hull form but I am thinking their ask price is way too high. Could be a good thing though.

Most likely not been wet for some time, I do not see a rudder or propellor and the tarp does not grace it at all.

If you want I will ring them and crunch them and then you can come in afterwards and get it for $5,000 or less.

Looks like a South Coast 25. If your living in Bundanoon where is your Tophat?

Roberts design built at Wollongong.

Thanks for that info Ramona. Good to know.
tophats in the harbour ...Im def getting to sail a bit less but ive only had her a week !!! took the train to town friday to meet some friends and have a sail. 4.5 hours travel. 2.5 hour sail :( Only did this cause ive got a mate in town on holiday.
Im working in town tomorrow/staying the night and am doing this a few times a week. these will be the times ill sail mostly. In between jobs during the week. Not a fan of sailing the weekends in the harbour. Once the TH is set up right things will be better. I still need to change most of the lines and install the batteries. hopefully the electrics all work. Supposedly they all do. What a luxury. Electrics.
Yeah so i hope this works out. I love living in Bundanoon. Its so beautiful and im away from the rat race finally. But i just love sailing so much and i doubt i can go as much as i did when i lived 5 min from the mooring. A bit of a first world dilemna..Hellpppp....

Sounds like you need a mooring here.

Thanks Ramona. I might consider it. However it may work out to sail during week as im still working in sydney. I wanna check out greenwell. Im slighlty concerned about the amount of thefts and boats going dry...why is that? My mooring in sydney is safe. for the moment ill keep her in syd. Planning a jervis bay xmas sail. Will check out greenwell.

the ask price is way to high i reckon. id give em 3k no more actually. not tryna be a stickler but even if she had a mast and boom,i had a peak inside. needs some TLC.

There was one down the coast for sale on eBay a few months ago. Bare hull with engine mounts for a diesel. Start price was 99 cents, did not get a bid.

I believe they are actually a good cruising trailer sailer. Like most Robert's designs they are not necessarily good sailers but are roomy. The sort of boat you could trail up to the Whitsundays and spend a few months and then sell on.
