Hi sailors
I've just moved up from SA and im looking to race again as crew. Before everyone suggests going down to yacht clubs and signing up for the crew lists I've done that and with no results. So If you need crew for racing in Newcastle or port Stephens I've raced on a sport boat and my own dinghy so have experience. I would love to get around some offshore racing and would be awesome to be a part of the heaven can wait regatta 2014.

Hey Corey,
I showed your post to a mate that lives on his boat at Wickham (newcastle yacht club) he said there are people looking for guys to crew for races there, (including himself)
Have you been there, spoken to the locals, posted on their notice board?
Also he said that he looks at seabreeze all the time to check the weather but didnt know (as with lots of his sailing mates) there is a Sailing forum (or a sexy girls on sup thread 
) which may explain the lack of replies to your post.

I haven't been down to Newcastle yacht club but I've spoken to their Secretary about getting on a crew list gave my details and was assured they were going to email my details. Was your mate happy to pass on his details? I can totally appreciate if he doesn't want some one he never met on the internet having them once again thanks
