Hey, I'm Alex. I live in Portugal and I'm part of a SUP surf community that mainly surfs at Praia da Parede, just outside Lisbon.
I ride a Sunova Speeed 8'5" as my go-to board and I absolutely love it. I'd say I'm at an intermediate level.
With that said, I wanted to ask for your thoughts on the Sunova Shorty.
I really enjoy a longboard-style approach and I'm thinking about getting one. Would love to hear your insight on the board.

I have a 9'2 x 30 Shorty and really like it!
Been a long time since I was into longboard SUPs but I find the Shorty to be snappy and fast.
It will also handle the bigger days you get at the Wall.
My video on it is limited by some pretty weak Florida breaks this winter and when it was good, I was always on the Ghost or Ghost Up.
