Every body seems to be complaining about the wind all around Australia who should we blame??

Wa wind no good
Vic wind no good
Tas wind no good
NSW wind no good
SA wind no good
QLD is getting a little more wind than every one else i think.

Who let the skunk out??? come on now own up???

But at least in SA we've been getting some great waves and SUP conditions - so there's a positive side to it

The 7day wind cycle is hitting mid week here and the crew are getting some good sessions at the Mid coast and Days street - we just need the cycles to hit Satdy Sundy.

Isn't it something to do with La nina / El Nino and the low pressure movement acros sthe southern oceans being at a lower latitude - cause last winter was el nino and it was one of the best winters I have experienced with decent waves.

from what i understand there is an effect down south called the SAM

southern annular mode, or something like that.

Some say he naturally faces magnetic north, and that all of his legs are hydraulic...

I did get 5 sails last week Flipper from 4.7m to 8.5m, all planing and some days overpowered. So I can't complain too much.

But yes it doesn't look too promising this week.

He is the guy who windsurfs with a dark Top Gun visor down on his helmet.. You will never see his face.. He windsurfs at 2 am at night with night vision when we are all tucked up in bed.. He is allways chaseing that 50 knots.. He is sailquiks Caddy.. he rides for sailquik and tests all the gear.. He was on the front cover of Drifts video.. part of his legs are hydraulic.. He is what all the viccos call ''The Mighty Kato''

Today was priceless.
A 20kt forecast for teh Sunny Coast, with Tewantin in the "windless" list at 4kt.
I'm so glad I stayed home and sunbaked.
Considering I was actually expecting dreary grey skies and rain, I'm quite chuffed about how today turned out.

Had a good sail today, lord howe. 35 knots in the morning then the wind went ballistic. Should be more settled tomorrow, 25 to 30. Windows on the house are still rattling, so must still be strong.

Well, that's good. Glad you jagged good wind. Hate to think that everyone got bummed.
I had internet issues due to an upgrade stuff-up, so could not check anything until well after lunch. Not keen to travel today though, so not bothered.
