Going there for 1st wedding anniversary. Any chance of wind? Gear rental?
Also looking for a place with easy waves for a beginning surfer (*ahem* that's me 
), a chilled out place to stay, and of course, cheapness. Any tips? 
(BTW, just got back from Phuket; NOT a windsurfing destination in September it seems, but nice little waves, especially at Kata beach)
