Like to hear any suggestions regarding best footstraps for larger feet . I have fairly wide feet and with also wearing booties doesnt help either .
Any ideas from fellow bigfooters ?
My boards only have one position for width of the footstrap .

Thanks for all and any help ,

Ant

starboard foot straps are good, you can fit them to most boards too.

I have very flat and wide feet. I find that I have to use the furthest apart strap inserts and my JP boards which sometimes means not having your foot straps at the ideal angle. Just make them as wide as possible and then tighten down the strap to make your foot snug.
Oops, just read your post a second time and realised you dont have multiple inserts.
Only thing I can suggest is getting a very capable board repairer to put in some wider inserts. I got this done to a board I liked and it worked out great.
Hope this helps.

I have size 12+ flat feet with bunions(grandpa feet) and use dakine contour straps now on my boards.
I found also that the starboard board plugs are wider than my older rrd boards which helps.
At the end of the day, the plugs make the biggest difference.
The contours will help, but if you foot is too wide, you will wear them out quick($80-$100 set) and also your feet or booties.
