Just checked the wind. 
Car packed by Thurs night, get off work early, kiss kids and wife goodbye, set up camp and having first beer shortly after.
It is this weekend isn't it? 
If not going anyway.
Can someone enlighten us on a schedule? Is it all happening on the Saturday with Sunday as a reserve, or is there stuff going on both days?
What time will the downwinder start?
Will probably be a one day mission for me so need to know whether I'll make it on time.
The normal plan is to do all the speedsailing stuff on Saturday, including photoshootsas well and on Sunday is the marathon, started early so people have time to get home - presentation is on Saturday night at the pub for the speedsailing. We may do some of the photoshoot with the heli on Sunday as well.
Just to let everyone know that Hangover Bay Access road is closed. There are signs up and fines have been issued for going thru. I guess the marathon will have to be run from Kangaroo point as that is still open.
