I reckon the men in this windsurfing forum are much less likely to have sent a kite to Singapore than the boys over in the kitesurfing forum..
All you likely need to do is box it, then get measurements and final weight. From this you could probably get an online estimate from an international courier company or airline. Else you can ask the kite people.
