Found this in the Manly Daily yesterday in Sydney.
"Every parent has faced the dreaded moment when the favourite toy goes missing.
Tears, wailing and general gnashing of teeth follow. Often it can mean bedtime becomes a huge battleground. A local mum is desperate to avoid such trouble after he nearly three year old lost he favourite Elmo in a shopping expedition.
The errant Elmo went missing somewhere in Warringah Mall-most likely the car park between Myer and Woolworths. Mum is hoping someone has found Elmo-for those not in the knowhe is a furry red muppet-like toy-wearing blue overalls and is about 20 cms high. Mum said "She has other Elmo's but this one is the favourite"![]()
I fear for Elmo's safety and being only 20cms tall he must have some custom made boards and sails for his Mandurah windsurfing.
Maybe Hardie softboy can help him when he is found. ![]()
We cannot lose Elmo. Nationwide search! All hands on deck! Perhaps we can start up a special website for pics of Elmo sightings.
perhaps the 7 mtr shark has got him?![]()
No, but some one asked us to pictures of elmo ,and we found 19 in KMart in 1/2 an hour. We think he may have left a trail for us to follow
or he may be playing games with us
We do have evidence that he has gone and done something that a windsurfing muppet would normally not admit to doing
BLimey , I didnt know THAT dark secret, [}:)]I was just going to sayhed gone over to one of the dark sides and gone kiting
For someone whos missing,he sure gets around. Im seeing him everywhere I look.
maybe should lay off the red cordial for a while
