Im guessing someone put down a deposit 8 weeks ago and hasn't come over to pay the balance of $299 to pick it up.
i guess its an online auction and hes chucking in a few bogus bids, and for $1 more you can have the fin
the deposit was from nigeria
now it's your turn to send back $2000 to freight it over to him, then he'll reimburse you as soon as it arrives
