4 races today in 15-18knot cross onshore winds. 20 competitors made up the fleet with a great mixture of experience and youth. I will try and get some photos results etc up tomorrow.
After 4 races I have a tiny lead....4 more races tomorrow in a even more wind. Good times

Hi Brett, did you have a little hipcup on the Sunday ending up 5th overall?

The conditions looked good.

Fantastic conditions. Sunday was 25+ all day. Broke some gear on the way to the start which cost me, then in the last race ran over some sort of bird which got lodged on my fin. I wasn't too keen to remove it as not sure it would be super angry or as it turns out just dead.
So 3 DNF in the last 3 races was not ideal...Still great to race in NZ again, especially at a great venue with lots of wind and 20 competitors.

Hopefully a bunch of them will come over to the Oceanic's next year?

Well done Brett. If playing games has taught me anything it is nor to mess with an Angry Bird.

Was it dead before you hit it ? Or did you serenade it to death with your Fender acoustic?
