I'm sure someone appreciates the effort mate, just allow a bit of time to let the message spread.

In the meantime how about supplying a few more details so we can help you find the owner

Where exactly in Brisbane waters did you rescue this sail?

Was it still rigged? (meaning it was still on a mast with a boom attached) this might give clue as to how was found to be floating around without an owner.

One scenario could be that a noobie was unable to return to shore and ditched the rig to paddle in?

knot board's right. You are doing the right thing, just give it time.
There is no shop on the central coast these days (not totally sure) but guys still sail there. Mobydisc was up there recently I think.
The sail your referring to is pretty old in manufacture date but if its still in good nic like you say then Im sure someone is missing it.
Best of luck.

I own older NP sails but not that old. There is one guy I know who uses a sail of that model sail. Its has red and yellow sail reinforcement.

Of the sailors I have met there, I don't think they use Seabreeze as much as Sydney sailors do.

The sail wasnt rigged and with the recent westerly winds id say it would have originated from point clare tascott,as im at yattalunga, due west!I think ive given all the detail i can except for colour! And i might keep that close to my chest to confirm ownership!
