Anyone know where can I get a hold of some new Gaastra Sails? Looking for a quiver of the Matrix model or similar in 6, 7, 8.5 sizes. Preferably in Australia but would be willing to ship them in from overseas.

I can ask the local dealer here if you want, from what I've seen we are really cheap locally....

That'd be great! Does your dealer have a website?

I've sent the guy a request via facebook, will let you know if I can get a "mate rate"

Their first order was sold out, they made another group order in november, so they might have some left.

here's his website :

Better brush up your french !!

Best deal : book a 6 day P&o cruise, grab all your gear and bring it back, no freight and you see before you buy.

Haha ok thanks for that. Don't know about the French. Learnt it a while back but all I remember is that our teacher yelled "sacre bleu" alot!! Maybe something to do with our inability to pick up the language... A cruise would be great but year 12 interferes with that somewhat haha. Could you maybe PM me if he has some in stock and how we could organise payment/ shipping?

Just had the answer on face book, doesn't have any in stock... sorry for that ! It's either Pryde/Maui or Severne (which would be odd to be cheaper than in Oz but go figure...)

Or else my mate does loft sails (really cheap) But I don't know if he's received the 2012, they seem to be hard to get.....

Thats fine. Thanks for your help anyway! We've got pretty good loft sail prices here from windsurfingsales.com but they don't have the right size sails! haha. Will keep searching for Gaastra. The Matrixes have done a fantastic job.
