Just to remind everyone we will have the heli at Ledge to film the race and take photos. There will be a D.V.D. made of the race so make sure everyone turns up for what is looking like the best day for years.
Many thank's must go to Heliwest for providing the heli and let's see if we can get as many people lined up on the beach for the start.
I'll have a web movie edit up and running ASAP- As well as footage of the fastest race demons-i'll be trying my best to get a mug shot of every competitor that is part of this year's history making event!
Could be some pretty incriminating party footage in there too!

Anyone approached the commercial TV channels to show the good fast footage of the leaders on the news or sports tonight etc?
Ideal opportunity .....especially as usually they show a line up of kit on the beach if we are lucky
Spoke to one of the guys from Channel 9 news this afternoon and they hadn't decided if they would fly up or not.

we complain about lack of coverage but I guess it wouldn't hurt the guys financially to release a little bit of their filming?
