I like the concept..hes better on one tack than the other! I was lying down last night trying to play duck gybe technique through my head..dry run ![]()
so i can do it on the water..I used to be able to do them but I havent been game to try since I restarted sailing.
.Still getting back to my old form on carve gybes..Might have to read up a bit first..![]()
The first video just shows what some people will do at work when the boss is not looking. Did not think much of his style.
Foot straps seemed a bit tight...
Second video was a lot more interesting and showed how to initiate a Vulcan. Guess this is to get you used to the action, but still the old "practice time on the water" can't be beaten.![]()
Personally I'm happy to not fall in (too often) and do a few good carvies. Jumping tends to promote aches & pains.
