Does anyone know of a company that will insure windsurf gear? Can get it on my house insurance but its not covered while its in use which I'd like to have.

Thanks for any help you can offer!

Generally the fine print in most insurance policies means that you won't be covered for the theft of watercraft. Found out the hard way when our 2 SUP's got stolen. Got them back with reward a offerred add in local paper.

Have now upped our Suncorp insurance to platinum but more importantly invested in some 4 m key lock straps which have a steel inlay built into them. Have 2 sets now and piece of mind.

Simon at boardcrazy brisbane stocks them circa $ 85.00.
