I have an isonic 2011 107lt Carbon i used it yesterday with NS S-Type 7.8 and
39 Vector fin canefire, the board didn't feel right any fin size and brand recommendation (my back foot was spinning a little) i normally push on the back foot when i'm sailing. My weight is 136 pound height 5.5'

I'm 85kg and i used use a 42cm vector canefire. I tried to use a 40cm VC but it was way too dead , even in dead flat water. This was all with a 7.8m sail.
I know a guy 75kg who also uses a 42cm vector canefire.
I recommend this fin. I also use my back foot alot too. I dont think height and weight matters too much in this instance. It just works with 42, due to the width of the board.
42cm works in 12 - 30 knots
I could imagine how lifeless and slidy it would be with a 39. Ouch!!
Interesting. I have the same board and use a 40cm C3, with both a 7.8m and 6.7m. If anything i was thinking going slightly smaller?

Izymiester is right with the fin size of 42cm (Canefire) for this board.
Don't be to scared of the size as those fins handle a lot of wind and still keeps the board in control.
Spin outs can easily come from a fin that is to small,,
I haven't tried the C3 fins , so I can't comment on those,,

I would recommend a C3 Sting II 40 or 42cm even a 38cm for higher winds. Great slalom fin never ever lets go in chop and has brilliant lift. I'm very happy with my StingII's. Site link below:http://www.c3-fins.com/C3_windsurfer_fins/C3_windsurfing_fin_sting.html
izymiester you will be looking at getting a 60cm fin after all them meat pies you been eating since you broke your foot.
