...I got home today from a week of windsurfing at Jibes in Mui Ne (good wind, btw) ...their restaurant manager, Lionel, will be leaving in a couple of months, so there's a job going. It's a classy, laid-back european-run beach restaurant...I believe the job includes free use of equipment (windsurf, kitesurf, surf, SUP, kayak, boogie boards etc), and the opportunity to live in a windsurfing paradise! Lionel's windsurfing has improved immensely over the past year...
i wish i knew how to manage a resturaunt cos ide be there in a flash
but i only fix things.
