'Strong east to southeast winds, gusty near the coast.'
Next time the bureau says Gusty Ill give it a miss..2hrs driving for nothing grr...
Wouldnt have been so bad except I was all pscyhed up for the 30 -40kts it had been blowing all day at Nobbys on the coast! 5min gust of 20kts & then 3kts ......What a frustrating sport!
Anyone had a decent sail in this east coast low?

I suppose I shouldnt whinge too much as I got 1hr of 20kts on Wed before it died & I had to swim in..

Grr...[}:)]Thats it you just have to be at the right place at the right time..I knew it would pickup again.Used to be easier when I worked in town & you could go past & check it out ( although Id often be too buggered or work too late).Probably be Ok today too but Im not going to risk it.Be good to live on the lake & have the board rigged on the shore ready to go..

Well, you missed out on another great session this morning. Good solid breeze, rain held off. Hope to see you on the water soon
