Just wanted to say a huge thanks to those who helped organise the Ledge to Lancelin this year, such a great event. Was a bit gutted the wind dropped off soon after the whistle blew. My 5.8 and 90L board got me almost to the first marker but I had to turn back as conditions worsened. I was seriously pissed but next time I’ll come better prepared. The real downer for me was the little punks who keep throwing things at the band during the party on Saturday night. Felt bloody sorry for the organises and the band as they left with a bad taste in their mouths.
