Hey guys, some gear went "missing" from my garage over the weekend and I'm trying to track it down, I have been led to believe it made it's way to the north side on Sunday. I'm not looking to cause any trouble for someone who bought it, just need to know how it got there. Any assistance in this matter would be much appreciated. Please pm me if anyone knows or has heard anything, missing items are a current model 4.8 np fly2 (green), my son's 3.9 fly, np 370 X9 mast, np 400 X9 mast. Thanks a heap boys

Hey Dan - I will be sure to keep a lookout. Alex's sail is very distinctive.

Hey Dan,

I have no idea why someone would steal sailboard gear. It is not worth selling second hand gear. I tried selling my gear last summer rather cheap and had no interest. The windsurfing community is so small that it would be easy too spot on the water too.

It must be that the thief is not a sailor and thinks it's worth something.

We had a humourous (?) case in them's parts here last year.
A stolen board, with extremely unique markings, was found advertised for sale, including pictures, barely a 100 miles from the theft. The stupid thief used Kijiji I think, believing the distance would cover his tracks.

Of course he got caught - police and all.
Talk about born loser...

Back to the topic: hope you find the friggin rascal...
