With 2 Solid weeks of west coast wind and swell ,Body fatigue and general soreness has set in, cuts scrapes and abrasions are taking there toll .

Firstly to the the 3 experienced Geraldton locals whom twisted knees and a foot, sustaining serious internal damage ,speedy recovery.

Seriously ....i am hating feeling like a truck has run over me the next morning, What is the fastest way of recovering????? ..................i know the alcohol / bungers at the end of sailing dosnt help ...but you carnt take that away from us ?

Doctor can you help me ,so i can wack it again with out recovery pain ??????

The yellow arrow ruined it for me.

24 hours windsurfing is always going to stuff you completely.

Lottsa water, sleep and rest. Glucosamine Chondroitin supplements, anti-inflamms surface application.

Lay off the grog and other supplements coz they actually diminish the natural healing chemistry of the body.

If ya don't like the advice HTFU

ggrrrrrrr... gloating troll.

You might give Musashi Recovery a try. That makes a noticeable difference to me but then I'm no spring chicken and I have never in my life sailed more than 5 days in a row.

The best way is to have a mud bath with lavender incents in the room. Than relax with a peticure and manicure, followed by a small glass of bubbly.
