Checked out the new JP dvd last night. Good job. All the 09 board models with excellent footage and specs. Awesome shots of waves and flat stuff on Maui.
Definitely worth a look.

Is this a free promo DVD I can get from JP dealer? Or buy?
Or is there a proper downloadable file on the web?

Keep an eye out for a downloadable ISO..

If it's a free DVD already, there's no problem throwing it out on the torrent streams.

I have no idea what you propellor heads are talking about.

Is there somewhere I can right click --> save as for a mpeg or wmv etc

On dialup but using GetRight I can download up to 100meg in bits n pieces over a couple of nights no probs

That'd be okay, but it's 533Mb.. so it'll take a week or so!

I'm pretty sure that VLC
www.videolan.org
will play m4v files.

You can just right click HERE
http://www.jp-australia.com/podcast/highlights2009-ipod.m4v
and "save as" if you like..

Of course, if you want youtube quality, you can use one of those 'save youtube' sites that someone will offer you shortly..

Oh yeah, and forget about getright.. grab a copy of free download manager
www.freedownloadmanager.org
. Getright was good, but FDM is better, and it does torrent files as well. One tool to rule them all!

Mark,

Go to the front page of the JP Website, left click on highlights video 2009 and then right click "save link as" on the highlights video 2009 on the next page.
