what do you call that move where, just as you leap off the chop you rip your sail across in front of you so that its backwinded and then, sort of, float above it???

Up near the top of the page, on the left side, there are three small flags.. If you click on the british flag (the middle one if your flag knowledge is a bit sketchy!), it magically translates the site into english..
