I think the boom is all jammed up and cant adjust it either, shall I just put CRC on the adjusters?
Any advice? I really have no idea what Im doing!!

Is the mast sposed to just slip into the sail or is sposed to be tight?
This is all second had gear and Im not sure if its compatible.

the sail has a concave shape now the mast is stuffed in it. Now I know what luff is to.

roll out de sail, put de mast in de mast sleeve, connect boom & attach to da board, now you are ready to do a forward loop 
have a try at searching youtube windsurf rigging vids.
these ones are probably not the best but at least a start. just an example of what to search for
