Hi people, has anyone heard of POWER BALANCE? I have just come back from overseas and everyone on the water is using this Power Balance hologram to increase their balance, focus and performance. Has anyone tried it yet?
These things are about as useful as a bible.

What is Power Balance? I looked it up on Google and found a site selling holograms. Sounds pretty dodgy, especially their explanation of how it works. If our body likes natural things like an apple then why would it react positively to a piece of plastic with a 3D picture of an apple?

It's hard to argue with nature and the fact is that everything in nature resonates at a particular frequency. That is what keeps it all together. We react with frequency because we are a frequency. Most simply, we are a bunch of cells held together by frequency. Not only have I heard of it but after trying to dis-prove it, ...I became a believer! I run a baseball academy where I teach players to hit and pitch. As you know BALANCE id a key component to any swing, be it baseball, cricket or golf. After tossing approx. 30 baseballs at my students to hit, I would then slip the wristband on them and have them take approx another 30 swings.
