I have a powerbox fin that I want to change over to us box. I've traced out the lines onto the powerbox and it should work the tab is a couple of mm smaller than normal but I dont think that will matter. So it seems easy what is the best way to do it?
I was thinking cut it out with a jigsaw and sand it back with the belt sander but what do I do with the old thread?
Whos done it before?
Thanks From Zac

I believe he intends on cutting the fin, not the board.

Go to a shop and swap/trade a US box and say goodbye to your PB one.
Otherwise you will attempt the "sex change", fail, throw it in the bin, say goodbye to a totally f#cked up fin and pay full price for a new one. Really hard to get it perfectly straight up & down - the tab is the easy bit.
