After a 5 month non-voluntary break from windsurfing due to an elbow issue, the surgeon gave me the all-clear 
Just be nice if there was some wind on the horizon.
I have stayed clear of Seabeeze too until now(no point in tormenting oneself) but I notice dimwit kiters still troll for some attention. I was hoping by now they might have started sprouting some pubic hairs and grown out of it 
I guess it's like a 2 year old, if you keep giving them attention when they seek it, you end up super glued to that merry-go-round
