Having not sailed the river much was wondering where to sail in a SSW seabeeze.Pelican point is too far so looking near Freo.I wanna perfect some retro moves 360's etc.So the flatter water the better.
Usualy sail at dutchies but man the chop arrrgghhhh!!!! I'm gunna bust my board or my knee's or something. So untill there is some fkn swell in perth....

How about Melville beech?

I was watching Karen Yaggi go and bust moves there

Closer to Fremantle as well.

The F2 crew pop up at Melville regularly this time of year.

I can't even describe some of the moves they pull let alone tell you what they' re called

One tip I can give is to use a smaller sail and a floatier board and you too can do jumping, gybing one handed 360 thingy.

Cool ... i have sailed there once, can't remember the wind direction though. Although i checked there about a month ago and ther was no wind getting in there so i drove back to dutchies and it was like 20knts
Whats the best wind direction for this place .... Melville?

It works with a standard seabreeze.
Is flatter than dutchies, but the wind is gustier.

If you really want consistent wind, and nice flat water (that is chop no higher than your kneecaps) you need to drive to Safety Bay.
