Can anyone tell me what the process is for getting a sail number issued. I have entered in the Lancelin Ocean Classic marathon, and one of the requirements state that you must show sail numbers.
Just join your local club, take a look at the sail number register on the Australian windsurfing associations website, choose a number that is not already in use and ask your club to register that number in your name.
The guys in the AWA are extremely efficient at acknowledging your allocation of the number.
