i'm in and evlpanda will be too. look for the dining table with 1x70cm leg at the back tearing up and down the bank.

wind kicked in today around 12.30 so guessing tomorrow will be similar, but who knows.

the train can be a strange beast.

formula? hehe.

I've been trying to find something like a hypersonic approx 130L and a 8m ish sail + all the other stuff second hand for a decent price.

Been to a few shops and had a look, goodtime had some nice ones, but i find its hard to get served there sometimes, theres never anyone looking after the top story.

are boards like the higher literage carves etc as good for early planing as something like a hypersonic?

the isonic range is basically the replacement and many claim it's a much better board to the hypersonic. it planes slightly earlier, turns tighter, and goes faster, but it doesn't quite hold the plane as well as the hypervomit once on the plane.

i also have a 120lt slalom board with channels that is good from 10 knots and up. lots of fun. it's only 220cm long so it has taken a bit of time to get used to.

the hypers are also short so the ride is similar. most guys with hypers don't sell them because they cover such a wide range of conditions.

the hyper and the isonic are different boards though. the isonic is designed for slalom and the hyper is a slalom/course board.
