Having just checked out the venue, we will be running a MINI EXPO of the 2011 gear!!! The organizations plan to run their raffles, which mean PRIZES!!!
It will be a FAMILY, CHARITY and FUN night out!

Re:Tickets on the night.
There may be but I hope we don't have to rely on that option.
The biggest problem is the cinema hire as the size of the cinema has to be locked in by Monday. If prebookings are low we will downsize the cinema size to the best match for what pre sold tickets and interest dictates we need.
Ticket sales also wouldn't be through the Hayden Orpheum and as a result we can't use their box office so logistically it's not as simple as you think. So if you're 50/50 on coming let us know and we'll factor it in as much as we can. Then again if you're 50/50 just book a ticket and make it happen as it should be a great opportunity to catch up with plenty of other fired up windsurfer types.

Who on Seabreeze is going? It sounded from my conversation with WSnS that it should be a fairly good turnout.
We are thinking of coming over, does anyone know of a good hotel close by to stay for the night?
Vibe Hotel in Milsons Point might be a good/reasonable choice. Not sure of many other as I've never stayed in a hotel in the northern burbs.
Drinks afterwards will be at the Hotel Cremorne Public Bar almost straight across the road. We figured more people will stay around if they don't need to hop in to a car straight away.
I think there is also accommodation there.

What an awesome night - thanks for all those who worked together to put it on. It looks like windsurfing is on the up and I now can't wait for this years NSWWA series. It certainly helped me get through the winter doldrums.
Was also great to see some world champs there as well, even if one had only been windsurfing for 3 weeks 
.
It's less than a month now until the first NSWWA heat of the season - 11th-12th August. It's time to start getting prepared!
Oh, and the movie was excellent.

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Sam and Brett. Alex and Elli were thrilled to get acknowledged on the night and to get a gift (thanks Sam!). The rashie signed by Jessica and Lars was very inspirational and Alex loved the boom. We had a great night and it was so good to see the community together!
