Just watched the windsurf Movie 2 - twice -on the weekend.
Levi is now my favorite wave sailor - Right now he is representing the Slater / Irons level of performance in Wave sailing.
He does so many epic turns and stunts in that movie its not funny.
its great to see proper turns back in fashion again
He is sailing so creatively - i am fully inspired to start looking at my own wave sailing approach and board selection a little differently.
For me This is like that moment when the momentum surfing vids came out in the early 90s and redefined how surfers approached waves
What does Levi do?
Air takas out of the lip - tons of - with so much style
A floater air where he airs up and then lands back on the vert vector tail first
a Top turn that flows naturally into a backside wave 360 - a highlight for me.
Polakow style kick out airs - done so well -
Late smacks with acceleration to the flats
Good old fashioned lifters out of the lip onto the flats (KP style)
Levi's section at the end of the movie is a tour de force of wave performance and should be mandatory viewing for every aspiring wave sailor out there.
And the choice of soundtrack for his part is (locally) inspired (and was no doubt expensive).
His board is working so well to give a blend of single fin drive and multi fin looseness. You can see its a perfect match of rider and shaping
Angulo's section is pretty sick too - but mostly for the mutants - still cant get my head around them. Full credit to the legend - and great to see him back.

Levi is one of my fav sailors too to watch and Angulo. I have not seen the movie yet tho might have to get a copy..sounds like they made a good movie.
the marshal islands section is sick..
that waves in that section look supper fun.
I always watch that section to get amped..
and the crazy bastard does a back side 360 spinny thingy into the lip.. and eats it..
but still cool..
I wish i could sail good enough to just pull moves as i like
Hey Reflex good observations, Those guys are now on the cutting edge of wave sailing, sounds like it's time for you to visit Windshack and grab a quatro quad like what Levi uses. I'm sure those slick sticks will take your sailing to a new level.

But he does rag quite a bit on Europe throughout it ... it's not all "cold, onshore conditions" over here :-/ I think he's had too many shocking results at PWA Sylt... haha
