Mikey, you're a tough little soldier.... no moaning about the broken gear, no complaining about the long swim back, just a big cheery "fantastic session". What a great attitude. You must have recorded a good speed I guess.

Me, I had arm pump again, and I couldn't settle in cause my straps were set for freestyle and that 4.7 I was using wasn't rigged right to start with and by the time I got it right I couldn't hold any thing down. I have to learn to take these occasional 30 knot sessions a little more seriously.
I did manage to find the fin I broke last month though just before sunset.

me, i had a similar day to you. that was a 30 knot session that felt like 40knots. ended up rerigging 3 times. first time mast wasn't connected properly, second time boom slipped, 3rd time i was grasping at straws cause i was knackered. only sailed for about 30 minutes and still feel like a truck ran me over.

now i am keen to go again tomorrow because today has left me beaten and i need to win it back!
