once upon a time in kingdom far far away was a happy place called blue juice land 
where all the egar windsurfers gather in large numbers on a daily basis and wait in 34c for our great seabreezes . WAAAZZZZAAAA 
these are strange days indeed
It's not that uncommon to get a decent seabreeze on a hot day. Sunday was also hot as and there was a nice 15-20k Sou'Wester at Pinnaroo.
Generally it comes in later, doesn't stick around as long, and is more localised. I.e. only 10 knots on the river Sunday.
Thank god for Seabreeze.com.au...there wasn't even a hint of wind at our place on Sunday, and it was blowing 15-20 on the coast. 
very strange, i got the call at 4pm and it was windless and 36 in the city,,,,,,
