I dont want to win a kite board! Why cant we have a guess the weight of a sailboard comp, or something like that?

^Amen.

Apparently windsurfing isn't as fancy-pants new to warrant this in a financial way?

Bah humbug. What's the big deal? If I win it' I'll put wheels on it and use it for a skateboard. Then I'll be doubly cool.

Great idea Divaldo. Lets try and guess the weight of, say, Stewie's board. Whoever wins, or gets closest, could win some fish and chips (they might have to pay postage though).
I'll start - let's see, Stewie probably samples a few chips or dim sims, so might be on the heavy side of light, so probably rides a larger volume board, say 120L, so that probably weighs, I'll say 8.56Kg dry.

If I win it, well..... lets say there will be one less kiteboard on the water [}:)]
Please please let me win

OK then. I have an EVO92, $5 a ticket, once I have 150 sold I'll pick one at random and you get the board. Who's in?

It is a bit one-sided eh? Definitely working on getting some comps that appeal to all visitors happening for this summer.

Rob from the Lancelin Ocean Classic is keen to run a Logo design comp here so, so get your crayons ready for that one .. possibility of a cash prize.

If you enter the kiteboard comp, and win you can always slip it in the Buy & Sell; there's an average of 5+ boards lost every week, so there's a huge demand for boards!

Thanks Laurie. There's another reason to never try it.

It doesnt look like there is much construction gone into making a kite board? a few bits of ply. Add some little fins and some footstraps etc etc...

No worries, ill make one and ill raffle it off... 2 bucks a ticket once i get 1000 tickets ill pick one a random...

I think ill buy the new mistral with the money
