What's your best guess/Harness line load

What percentage of your body weight do you put into your harness and can you rate the shock loading from general sailing ie hitting waves and landing.
Taking into account a certain amount of weight is taken in your feet and also weight maybe taken in the arms.

Brad,
Sailquik might have some data on this I think (Tom Chalko developed some break away harness lines). Couldn't find link to previous thread on this topic though. From memoryy the more important figure is the force created when catapulting, which is a lot more than general sailing.

PS - hope the ribs are feeling better.

Thanks Snags, Got a little sail in today just to feel how they are and they're not too bad, just don't want to land on them
