Is there anywhere NOR (Perth) where I can buy a fin screw & plate? I'm near Joondalup & can't be ar$sed going down to Nedlands. Would Bunnings sell anything??

No they won't have anything stainless in such sizes, Zed. You may get it at a fixings joint, Blackwoods etc perhaps?
Zed, down at the sail shop on the marina will have the stainless hardware they are R/H side near the sea scouts. Or the big boat shop up on corner Wanneroo and Whitfords have a good selection.
Seriously Zed order one thru Surf Sail Australia and get someone to pick it up 4 you or they will post it.

As for going to Bunnings...I know its scary....all the people that go there seem to like queing up for hours at cash registers...I think its to fill in their day..scary when you know exactly what you want and just want to get in and get out...and least they don't force you to move in one direction like Ikea....
