Wind Vane

A mate of mine is an oceanographer and he retrieved one of his companies wind vanes which shat itself. The bearings are still good but the electronics/cabling died in it. Now all I gotta do is fix it and hook it up to my computer for my own personal wind graph. Im filming it with my back to the south and looking north. Mmm seabreeze

Well mine turned into a carousel for magpies the other day, was pretty funny to see them taking turns to do a few spins.

But it's a tad expensive at $1562.

Mind you, all Davis stuff is good gear.
