For those that don't already know, Perth recently got a new digital tv station called West TV wtvperth.com.au/
I just wanted to let you know that they will be screening re-runs of "Local Windsurfing WA" series 1 starting in May:
Wednesdays at 5.00pm
and
Fridays at 9.00am
31 QCTV in Queensland and C31 Adelaide may also be scheduling the program soon. If you live in QLD or SA contact the stations for more info.

It was great as it was, with a few tweeks and it was good enough for commercial TV!!!!!!!
With the Budget you were probably on, it was 10/10!!!!!!!!!!!
How difficult is it to produce a half hour show?
Was thinking that with all the HD GO-Pro footage that's been produced over summer by the local hacks, someone could cut them into show, add a bit of commentary and voila! a new show is born

That's cause in Vic and NSW, they think every ones hobby is to sit around drinking beer, and watch footy every weekend, wich is not true
.. there are stacks of guys out every weekend kiting and windsurfing..A windsurf/kitsurf tv station would do real well in NSW and VIC..
In this day and age why even worry about showing something on TV? Is it a case of TV stations buying the show?
There is what sounds to be a similar TV station in Sydney to wtvperth. Its a community TV station called TVS.
Just to clarrify:
TVS from Sydney said: "At TVS we are obligated to air content either produced in Sydney or (if produced elsewhere) engages generally with the area"
C31 from Melbourne said: "At this stage, we have no room for the program on our station". They indicated possibly showing it at some future date.
In addition, there is no selling involved. This is all done voluntarily with no remuneration for the good of the sport.
