2pm today. Just finished one job, about to go to the next. I walked out of our local hardware shop (which is close to the water) and saw whitecaps!! Not forcast for today?? 20 mins later I am on the water, not a single person on the whole estuary. No kites, no fishermen, no other windsurfers (for about 45mins anyway). I had 30 square km of water to myself! Just doesnt get any better than that Sucked putting the workboots back on afterwards though

Well done. It has happened to me and kept wondering if there was something wrong that I should know and why no one was out.

But I still love the feeling of being at work, knowing that the wind is coming, the gear ready on the car and spare time to go afterwards...

Yeah, but I'll bet you were still grinning from ear to ear when you did put your boots back on.

Guess what! Yesterday I went to the same shop at the same time (didn't really need to buy anything), walked out the front and. NOTHING! But I might give it one more try today
