Bloody hell it's Freddie Flintstones sailboard. That would be worth heaps in cartoon cash lol. I always had a thing for Betty myself lol. Wonder if she would be a bikini clad two dimensional hood ornament if I bought it lmao

apparently built around 68-70, with plastic windsurfer fittings on the end of the wishbone
