I was wondering if anyone knew what the most efficient trim angle is or if any attempts have been made to use the hydroplane technique of a stepped hull? (
I read this was used to control trim angles)
On previous threads, it has been said that the US navy's research suggests 7deg. But it has been questioned whether this is applicable to windsurfers.
And on these same threads there were photos of several stepped hulls, try a search you should find it.
May even have been on a thread I started about my new speed board, sorry this old brain's like a sieve.
