Hi there, i would appreciate your help, i have an old bic vivace and would like to know what the difference between it and the bic veloce is when i started sailing there was 3 main types of boards , slalom/race, waveslalom, wave, not sure what freeride etc means. basicly would the veloce be easier to turn, jump, ride small waves and wind swell, looking at a pic of it, the foot straps appear to be more onboard than they are on the vivace
cheers and thanks

veloce is music to be played rapidly

vivace is music to be played brisk or rapidly with a lively accent.

Hi Lungs, The vivace was a slalom board and the veloce was a free ride board. At the time these boards came out, the veloce had great reviews for an easy board to ride. But if you compared to modern freeride boards, generally speaking modern boards would be easier to ride IMHO.....
