I would take a guess of about 120-140 ltrs!

UM the board is not 300 litres if it was it would be a ship

probably the Free R 298 from 1998 that would make it 130L

Check width V's Length to be sure.

very funny talking about L= length(The measurement of the extent of something along its greatest dimension:)
w- width( The measurement of the extent of something from side to side)
is that better windwarning for you to understand..

Fill a kiddies swimming pool to the brim. Gently put the board in (being careful not to make waves) and push it below the surface. The amount of water that spills out onto the lawn will tell you the exact volume of the board. It works; I've done it many times.
