well, if you look at the cost of living around Australia someone obviously through "here is a country full of suckers. I am sure some dumbass is going to buy this"
And the sad thing is I bet some poor sucker will still click But It Now thinking they are getting a bargain. 
He probably thinks he is going to sell it easily if we have all put it on our watch list.
I hate to go against the consensus, but is this a fair price? For someone without the knowledge, or tools, maybe this is a fair price.
To some this might be a ten minute job, but to others this may not be practical to do themselves.
They do need to make a profit too...
Having said that, I wouldn't buy it on principle. A "bolt"? Things must have been done differently back then.
