I have been getting cramps in my feet since i started kiting (7months) and have now got a bad injury in right foot upper middle of foot , awaiting xray results could be a stress fracture according to doctor .
just wondering if there are any ways to add support to bindings
to reduce impact , for when I'm back on deck
also just wondering how common an injury is this and if there are any stretches or advice any one may have
cheers

Stress fractures are very common in kiteboarding. The only cure is to throw all your gear away and take up windsurfing.

These kiters really are Dum Dum Boys.

I might sound like a bit of a Stooge here, but :

Do you eat too much Candy ? that can often make the injury worse, along with Nightclubbing.

You sound like a Real Wild Child, about Five Foot One ?

The key to Success is that it is no good just being the Passenger on the board and kiting like a China Girl.

You need New Values, get a Lust for Life, have a Funtime, become a Neighbourhood Threat, hit the lip, go Bang Bang, sing out 'I Need More'.

If you are older than Sixteen, don't live in Butt Town then Tonight you will understand.

If you don't like my advice then Look Away, anyway I'm Sick of You and I'm Bored.

Take up windsurfing and become one of the Monster Men.

It's ironic that the public think windsurfers are kiters, and some kiters think they are windsurfers

With your sense of humour you should be windsurfing. Yes there are still windsurfers out there. Anyone can join. The operation is quite cheap these days

Iggy, my advice is to leave the dark side and come into the light.

Wow , are you guys a cult , do I get to hang out in the car park listening to billy Joel's pressure , ( you'll have to be over 38 to understand that one kids ) but seriously I never see you guys on the water ,not on the mornington peninsula ? Do you only go out at night ? Now I'm intrigued !
