Hey can anyone tell me what the difference is between a windsurfing waist harness and a kiting waist harness

Cheers Brodie

A kiting one has a b1tch handle on the back I was told so their mates have something to hold onto when they bend over.

The spreader bar has a different hook shape but can be changed over.

Other than that no real difference.

I use a Cabrihna (Kite) seat harness as it was the one I found which fitted me the best.

I agree Elmo
Those Cabrihna seats are really nice altho i did swap out the bar
Windsurfing bars are a bit more open and easier to get in an out of.
