has anyone had any experience with the MUfins.

with the $ expected to parity i'm keen to start looking around.

i'd just get MFC but the style of fin i am after isn't available in G10 from MFC.

i was gonna get one to replace the piece of junk that came with my jp fsw. however i tend to be kinda rough on my fins, so common sense and other needs prevailed and its on the backburner for now.

for $130 to your door for a g10 fin, i reckon they are worth having a shot at. looks like a lot of the top pro's use them now, noticed a lot in sylt, heck JP even stole the design for their new polakow twin, can't get better endorsement then that.

MFC fins also seem to be quite awesome. however i sold mine with my old board cause its a different finbox to my new board. is G10 that important?

I can vouch for Swoosh's old MFC fin - it's fantastic

well i've got 5 mfc fins already and i really really like them. can't say anything negative at all.

the mfc fins i have that aren't g10 are wearing, not the fins fault as i tend to run into under water objects. like beaches etc.

g10 is tough and doesn't wear as bad.

so i'm after a smaller freestyle fin and mfc FS fins are glass. MU are g10.

pirrad, that cracked me up.

i checked out the link.

can i order a dozen hawaiian muffins....

The fins are elliptical and have a greater area than traditional shapes, thereby allowing you to get by with a smaller fin.
I have an MFC 29 weedie and it will let go far sooner than a reboxed 26cm mufin. It was previously a 30cm weedie @ 45 degrees, but after smashing it on a rock, I reprofiled it and handed it to Elmo who graciously reboxed it @ 40 degrees losing 4cm off the length... The language
Definitely stick with g10 as the whole process would have been a different ball game.
Great fins, I'll be getting one or two more.

Look under Maui Ultra Fins & you'll find them.
